Spring Inspiration-Citrus Rehearsal Dinner Idea

The first weeks of Spring lifts everyone from the dark dooms of winter. The sun is shining and wedding season begins! We celebrate the week of Spring with a Spring wedding rehearsal dinner idea. Fruit and citrus are freshly picked for this season, using them as the focal point of the dinner will brighten the room. 

Lemons, limes and oranges submerged in vases filled with water make the perfect modern and bright centerpieces. Citrus colored linens like bright orange and yellow add a fresh and bright touch to the room. Florals in the bright citrus colors of lime greens, yellows and oranges add extra “wow” to the fruit centerpieces.

To carry the citrus flair into the cuisine, incorporate the flavors into the menu. Try a lemon butter tilapia or a chili lime marinated chicken breast. A fresh citrus infused fruit salsa accompanied with cinnamon sugar pita chips is an excellent addition to dessert!
